Josh Shook is an environmental scientist with a broad range of experience spanning the globe. Josh has participated in scientific studies of wild birds in the field, alternative livestock, and environmental risk assessment issues around chlorine exposure and hormones in cow’s milk. He has managed numerous projects in the areas of water conservation, environmental education, strategic planning, sustainable transportation, and ecotourism.
Josh has had the privilege of working with diverse groups of people on a variety of projects around the world. He has implemented environmental camp activities for children, taught English in Thailand, facilitated participatory development processes in First Nations communities in Guyana, South America, studied evergreen forest biological diversity in Vietnam, and provided support for homeless youth using an emergency shelter. |
