The Canadian Gas Association publishes IndEco report on rate design options

An IndEco report on Rate Design Options has been published on The Canadian Gas Association (CGA) website. The CGA's publication announcement was made on February 18th 2010. IndEco was retained by the CGA to conduct the research.
The report presents IndEco's analysis, identification and findings on what factors are driving reductions in traditional natural gas loads in Canada. It also identifies and evaluates rate design options that Canadian utilities can employ to deal with these load reductions.
