Patti Campbell to present at the OWWA/OMWA Conference
When: May 2-3, 2010
Where: Windsor, ON
Strategic planning is key to moving municipalities from the high level water conservation master plans which outline the technologies and opportunities for water conservation to effective, detailed program design, communication, and delivery.
Patti Campbell, Senior Project Manager of IndEco will participate in the poster sessions at the Ontario Water Works Association/Ontario Municipal Water Association joint annual conference and trade show. Patti will be presenting IndEco's use of strategic planning for water conservation programming.
To become a leader in water conservation, municipalities must think beyond the current state of their water conservation activities and programs and articulate existing constraints and risks, and future requirements. The results of these strategic planning sessions provide the roadmap to build a comprehensive water management plan, including the identification of water conservation best practices, program communication and outreach, program design and delivery and monitoring and verification of water savings.
