IndEco teaching CDM Customer Service course

This course will replace the Introduction to CDM for customer service representatives (CSRs) course previously offered by IndEco in partnership with the MEARIE group.Participants at the CDM marketing courseIndEco will be offering Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) Customer Service, as part of The CDM Specialist Certificate Program, on November 23, 2011 at the Westin Bristol Place, 950 Dixon Road. This course is one of the seven courses offered by IndEco, in partnership with The MEARIE Group. Upon successful completion of all seven courses, participants will earn a MEARIE CDM Certificate and "CDM Specialist" designation.

CDM customer service is a one-day course that will provide an in-depth look at how CDM professionals can enhance their customer service orientation for their CDM customers. It will involve interactive exercises, best practices and case studies.

Participants at CDM marketing courseParticipants will learn about key strategies for customer service in CDM, service standards which may be included in CDM program evaluation plans, and creating service consistency in all customer access points in a CDM program.

  • Social context for customer service
  • Assessing your LDC's customer service for CDM programs
  • Elements of service excellence
  • Customer service in the information era
  • Measuring customer satisfaction
  • Enabling front-line staff

This course will be of benefit and interest to Chief Executive Officers, Presidents, Chief Financial Officers, Regulatory Managers, and CDM Managers.
