CDM 3: Introduction to the Principles of CDM for CDM Professionals

Professionals attending a CDM courseIndEco will be providing the instruction for the MEARIE courses for conservation and demand management (CDM) professionals. The course will provide a general overview of all elements of CDM with a focus on Ontario including:
  • CDM program planning and design
  • CDM program implementation
  • Marketing and promotion of CDM programs
  • CDM economics (including TRC, LRAM, SSM)
  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating CDM programs

The Principles of CDM for CDM Professionals course will be offered September 29-30, 2010.

Introduction to the Principles of CDM for CDM Professionals is one of seven courses being offered by The MEARIE Group that IndEco staff will be leading. Among other topics, courses being offered include more in-depth and focused training on several of the above CDM topic areas. Participants that successfully complete all seven CDM based training courses will be eligible for a MEARIE CDM Specialist Certificate.
