Sabrina Boulkheir is a business professional with cross-disciplinary experience extending from Financial Auditing to Strategy Consulting with a focus on large, complex organizations. She obtained an understanding of corporate challenges in the international setting by working and travelling throughout Europe, Africa, and North America. Her background has facilitated her ability to work with high value added clients such as key executives on complex, high-level territorial development projects.
Prior to joining our team in November 2010, Sabrina worked for three years as a Senior Consultant in Casablanca (Morocco) at one of the large international auditing and management consulting firms. She assisted both governmental and private organizations from various sectors (e.g. Energy, Real-Estate, Food-Processing, Banking) in designing and implementing their development strategies.
Some of her work included:
- The business planning and economic feasibility study for the development of a “Green Tech cluster” - integrated park dedicated to renewable energies activities - in Morocco.
- The design and implementation of the 2020 Real-Estate Development Strategy & Action Plan (at both national and regional levels) on behalf of the Moroccan Housing Ministry.
- The identification of key sectors for development for several Administrative Moroccan Regions (e.g. Chemical, Food Processing, Textile & Leather, Automotive, Electric & Electronics industries) and their potential private-sector investors.
- The National Moroccan Postal Group’s (Poste Maroc) internal diversification strategy consisting of launching a Banking Service Line (Al Barid Bank) within its existing business.
Since joining IndEco, Sabrina has been working on assisting Ontario utilities with their energy efficiency strategy development, developing IndEco's renewable energy support services, and on developing training materials on the marketing of energy efficiency programs by utilities.
As an international professional, Sabrina brings a new perspective and a variety of skills to the IndEco team including, strategic analysis methodologies, organizational risk management, as well as excellent customer relationship management skills. She completed her International Masters in Management at Lille Graduate School of Management in France. Both her educational background and work experience enables her to think critically and understand issues from a business perspective.
