Patti Campbell is a senior project manager with extensive experience leading cross-functional project teams at a large Canadian natural gas utility. Her recent experience in the utility environment includes projects relating to free ridership studies in the residential, commercial and industrial market sectors, residential savings assumptions, an energy efficiency potential study in all three market segments and managing project activities related to the launch of an electric demand reduction project in the commercial new construction sector. Her experience has solidified the importance of maintaining strong relationships across functional areas and the need for clear communication, consistency and accountability to ensure the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.

Having recently joined IndEco Strategic Consulting, Patti’s focus has been on CDM training, the development of a strategic action plan for a hospital network and program strategies to deliver water conservation rebate programs for the Regional Municipality of York.

Patti is a member of the Project Management Institute and has attained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
