Patti Campbell is a senior project manager with IndEco, focusing on energy and water management. Patti is the project manager for IndEco’s work with York Region in developing water conservation best practices and developing and implementing strategies for delivering water conservation rebate programs to residential and ICI customers as well as delivering the marketing and project management functions for the City of Toronto’s commercial and institutional water audit and capacity buyback program. Patti’s work on energy management has been on conservation demand management (CDM) training, the development of a strategic action plan for Toronto Western Hospital, and the facilitation of multi-stakeholder working groups for the Ontario Energy Board to develop low-income emergency financial assistance and conservation programs.
Prior to joining IndEco in 2009, Patti was a senior project manager with extensive experience leading cross-functional project teams at Enbridge Gas Distribution. Her experience in the utility environment included projects relating to free ridership studies in the residential, commercial and industrial market sectors, residential savings assumptions, an energy efficiency potential study in all three market segments and managing project activities related to the launch of an electric demand reduction project in the commercial new construction sector. Her experience has solidified the importance of maintaining strong relationships across functional areas and the need for clear communication, consistency and accountability to ensure the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives.
Patti is a member of the Project Management Institute and has attained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
